Emporion Statue Sculpture

I wanted to share with you all this sculpture I made for a group projact at NAD. It's The Emporion statue, it is a 1928 bronze sculpture by Catalan artist Frederic Marès i Deulovol (1893–1991), located in Plaça de Catalunya, Barcelona. I had the opportunity to work on this central piece of a school project based on the gothic district in Barcelona. Decided to go with this gorgeous statue and recreate it as close as I could. It was a fun project !
